We offer a variety of programs and tools to support our
employees in balancing their commitments, including:
- Wellness Program – the program supports your health and
well-being through various company-sponsored activities
including health fairs, wellness seminars, on-site activities
such as yoga, fitness reimbursement program (through our
health insurance provider), and various social events
coordinated by our Employee Activities Committee.
- Employee Assistance Plan – free, confidential counseling
and referral service focused on helping employees and their
families receive the counseling, consultation, information or
resources that they need to succeed at home and at work.
- Resources-on-Call – a concierge service that expertly
finds resources you need to quickly complete personal tasks
typically handled during work hours. Services include personal
needs from childcare to concert tickets, attorneys to
accountants, plumbers to summer camps, and everything in
between with nationwide capabilities.
Volunteering and Community Support
At Cytyc, improving lives through innovative medical
technologies for the prevention of cancer around the world is an
integral part of our business. In operating our business, we are
responsible to the communities in which we live and work.
Our corporate giving activities focus on causes that we are
passionate about as an organization and as individual employees
of Cytyc. Cytyc is committed to providing support for
philanthropic activity that is both financial and non-financial
in nature. We also encourage and support employees to take part
in volunteer activities.
Cytyc's Giving activities are organized under three programs:
