If all of our CSRs are busy and you get our Voice Mail System, you may place your verbal order on our Voice Mail System and we will verbally confirm your order once it has been processed.

Fax - 508-229-2860: Orders faxed into Customer Service are immediately processed by a CSR. You will receive a fax back confirming availability, pricing, estimated time for delivery, and the name of the CSR who processed the order. If you do not receive a faxed confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Service Group to ensure that the order was received.

Mail - (see address on How to Contact page): Orders mailed into Customer Service are immediately processed by a CSR and confirmed via fax. When placing an order via mail, please take into consideration the time needed for our Customer Service Group to receive the order.
